Frameless Shower EnclosuresFrameless Shower Enclosures are heavy glass showers that use either 3/8" or 1/2" glass and are supported with clamps, channels or headers. There are styles available in a swing door configuration for one, two, or three-sided enclosures. Many new frameless sliding style enclosures are on the market as well, giving the space saving bonus of a slider but with the upgraded frameless look. Semi-Frameless Shower Enclosures
Semi-Frameless Shower Enclosures are a hybrid of glass and metal that typically uses 1/4" glass (3/8" glass is available for some sliders) and supported with framing. However, the door glass of the shower is frameless. This is an excellent way to get an updated and upgraded look but at a lower cost than a fully frameless, heavy glass enclosure. There are styles available in both the swing door and sliding door configurations, with several options of style, hardware color, and glass type. Framed Shower Enclosures
Fully framed shower enclosures are a blending of glass and metal that typically uses 3/16" glass, and supported with metal framing. There are many creative ways to configure your space using framed enclosures, or keep it basic and streamlined with a high-quality product. This is a wonderful way to update and enclose a space on a budget since framed showers are typically lower in cost than frameless and semi-frameless.
